Description: Hi there, I require a PERL script to be written to scrape data from HTML table and to insert this into a mysql database. I have already written the section to interact with the website, however I am not sure on how to extract the data. This should be a relatively simple task for someone who is familiar with PERL and how has done something like this before.

This script will need to accept insert the captureed content into a MySQL database using DBI. I will be able to undertake this step if required however it is in the scope of this project to design the table structure to insert the captured records into.

Example HTML page has been attached FYI.

This is script is part of a much larger project. We will require ongoing support with HTML/PERL/CGI/MySQL integration to develop a DB driven website.

However at this stage this prohject is only for the completion of this script.

I have had to re-listthis project as the previous programmer has failed to deliver on his promises and has handled himself in a very unprofessional manor.

Please only Bid on this auction if you proven perl skills and are confident that you can complete this task with the time frame given.

Thanks and look forward to working with who ever wins the auction.

    Tim
