- Description: I need this page of this site: www.terryadey.com/index.php to be reviewed and optimized for cross-browser compatibility and to ensure that it works correctly in browsers with a minimum of 800 px wide. It is a css site.
I need two divs created for a header and a footer. I will be placing php include files into these divs eventually.

| You will also probably need a bit of a rewrite to make the page degrade nicely when no JS is available - this can be easily done using PHP. The page(s) will be W2C validated and implemented to the highest standards (I've done HTML/CSS for couple of London,UK councils and universities). | |||||
