I have a form validation JS that seems to be working on one webpage, but NOT on others that have been created, and I'm 99.99% sure the fault is with the form validation script, NOT the way the webpages have been put together.

The problem seems to be due to the conditional validation routine that handles the "Payment" section.
In the "-online.htm" and "-invoice.htm" pages, because the other payment option isn't included on the page, it seems to "break" the validation and let the page be submitted even though all the information hasn't been entered, including the "captcha" - even if the payment radio button isn't included on the webform.
I need the JS fixed so the validation works regardless of whether the payment options are on the webpage or not.
