I have a long-term project in hand and hoping that one of you have expertise in Joomla, PHP. The site you will be working on is
www.moviehatch.com. Here are some of the requirements of the project, I will give you more detail once I get your responses.

- Integrate the quiz component (already installed but not integrated/visible on the site yet)
- Stabilize the site (upgrade to newest version of Joomla, de-bug etc).
- Add higher level security and back up systems (schedule daily site backups)
- Polish existing features, clean up design inconsistencies
- Add a few new features, streamline existing ones (if needed)
- Incorporate e-commerce (via affiliate programs)
- Ensure database integration and stability (post Joomla - we had a database for our beta but were not using Joomla at that time)
- Upgrade/improve usability of the payment system (currently PayPal)

Other than Joomla, I'm also looking for expertise in MySQL, Acorn and Twistage video (video streaming company)..
