Invisible yahoo users detector

- Description: I need one script/program that is able to detect whether one yahoo user is invisible or really offline.
There are no restrictions for the programming language used, as long as it is something that works on linux (ie. not visual basic)
A bonus feature would be detecting the away message of a certain user.
Notes:
1. I am not interested in sites that do that, I already know there are such sites (persiangap.com, detectinvisible.com). I need a script that 'clones' the detection functionality.
2. I do not want a script that gets the information from one of such sites, the connection should be done on yahoo servers, not different ones.
If you have done that already, it should be rather straightforward.
Please only bid if you have done a similar project before.
