I need the following:

1. Configure dedicated server and install plesk and necessary
softwares with the ability to create server image and restore in
case of disaster. I want to configure a server with all
necessary configuration so i can host it myself. Server is
running Linus Redhat. I need to set it up so it has a web
presence and is located when user types in the url

2. I need the ability to make the server hosted on an external
hosting company to pull Audio and videos from my dedicated
server. I have hundreds of videos to be hosted on the website and need to be able to load them to the server.

4. I want to setup another server to serve as a backup which
replicates the original server in case of down time or disaster

5. Secure the server with security and firewall on server to
prevent hackers.
