I'm looking for an experienced php programmer to
help me part time to continually develop (as my budget allows)
an existing php membership site for musicans that I currently

The main developer I worked with on this project has taken a
full time offline job and doesn't have the time to continue.

I'd like you to work with me over gmail chat and at the end of
work day I'll pay you your hourly rate for the hours you've
worked.

Some days might be a couple hours to six or seven depending on
your schedule and mine and something I'm flexible on.

When it comes to payment options I'm also flexible but
prefer to pay you by paypal.

I'm very familiar with most of the system and can help explain
how things work and where certain code is located.

I'm looking for someone who is willing to take some time to
learn how the overall system works.

This is a growing business and I'll have lots of work for
the right person in the future.

Also if you have flash/action script skills that's a huge asset
as well since I'm always doing work to the flash mp3 player as
well attached to the system.

I just wanted to add the I've had the opportunity to work with some excellent programmers from India, Pakistan and surrounding areas but have found the time zone difference to be a real problem. Please let me know if you always
work non standard hours for North American clients.
