I am looking for a website done. It is a real estate based website for a real estate agent. It should be very user friendly. And able to allow me to upload my own listings and change information of the pages, such as testimonials, press (w/ pdf uploads) also with a ability for users to contact me via email based on which property they select. Something similar to www.hiltonhyland.com or www.laluxuryestates.com

I would like to have a little flash on the main page. But still be able to have a good SEO job done later without any issues relate to FLASH.

I want something similar but not just copied so I don't have issues with copyright laws in the long run.
