I need the following modifications.

1- Resize the thumbnails to that they can display 100 X 100 pixel image without distortion

2- Add external look and feel control for the page elements such as overall border and background and image border and background and the separation lines.

4- Modify the external xml so that it controls the terms "Title", "DATE" and "DESCRIPTION" as well as the content. Right now the xml only controls what goes in front of "Title", "DATE" and "DESCRIPTION"

5- Add two links such as "Contact Us" and "Watch Video" that both the link text and the link destination can be controlled by external xml which goes a the end of the description. I need to be able to change this link regardless of who uses the flash.
