I'm looking for an expert in Photoshop who can design an extraordinary Joomla template for my project. The template must be unique and must have the “wow” factor with an impressive design. You also need to be an expert in Joomla extension coding as well as the ability to write an excellent articles/tutorials on Photoshop.

The Photoshop tutorials will be based on:
- Image manipulation.
For the image manipulation, couple of the tutorials (The final image art result) need to have a meaning or trying to deliver a message to the reader i.e. (Encouraging people to donate, sad or a happy child, peace, etc.)
- Text.
- Templates.
- Logos.
The Articles/tutorials rules are:
- Do not use Copyrighted images or re-write other peoples articles/tutorials.
- You need to provide your entire sources in your tutorial. (Images)
- All articles must be UNIQUE and able to pass Copyscape scan.
- No word count restriction as long as you write your articles step by step, so that the reader can apply on your steps and have the same result as your final image.
- No nude or pornography arts.
- Articles must be written in perfect English language. (%100 Error, grammar, and spelling mistake free.)
- You must use excellent Print-screen software. (Please don't add your desktop when you print-screen your screen)
- Total UNIQUE tutorials are 50 articles/tutorials.
My template design requirements:
- Must be UNIQUE and to suit my project requirements. (Will be discussed)
- Fully compatible IE7, Firefox 2+, Firefox 3, Flock 0.7+, Netscape, Safari, Opera 9.5, Chrome
- Delivered with source Adobe .PSD files.
- Joomla 1.5 Native
- W3C XHTML 1.0 Transitional. W3C CSS Valid
- Menu animation.
- User-friendly, easy to use, easy to navigate, etc.
- Module position will be provided or discussed with the candidate.
The winner must have the following skills:
- A brainstorming person throughout the whole project.
- An excellent project planner.
- Very patient and understanding.
- Expert in his field.
- Samples of your arts and previous work will be required.
- Must have a good customers/buyers review.
Important notice:
- Payment methods: PayPal Only.
- Project duration: up to 2 Month.
- The payment will be paid and divided in terms within the specified project duration.
- If the project is fully completed, the winner will receive his full payment within the specified project duration.
- I reserve all the rights after the project is successfully completed. (The project will be copyrighted to me)
- You must not reproduce the project at any circumstances or provide it in your portfolio.
- I prefer to work with a person who has a group of excellent coders/designers so the work can be divided and delivered faster. (Not a must)
- Communication through the Email.
- If one of your tutorials didn't meet my satisfaction, I reserve the right to reject it.
- The website must be on live after one week of receiving and discussing the project. (5-10 articles must be provided)
- After completing the project successfully, the winner will be hired for ongoing projects.
- The candidate agrees to be available whenever it's required.
