I need a 2 page website designed using YouTube API. If needed i can purchase a script such as the YouTube API script here http://www.bayscripts.com/ or that may not be needed, whatever you feel is best.

Homepage will have ...
* website title
* sub-title
* short call to action phrase asking web user to enter their zip code in order to search for videos entered into the system under that zip code.
* all videos will be stored and streamed from YouTube
* homepage will have one auto-showing video from YouTube
* homepage will not contain any ads nor links
* homepage footer will contain Copyright and internal link to page 2
* will use meta title, meta keywords, meta description

Page 2 will have ...
instructions and a place for people to upload videos to YouTube Api to be searched for through this website. These videos will be searched for by zip code and there will be from one to perhaps 10 videos available for most zip codes.

When a web user enteres their zip code on the homepage and searches, i need the video window on the homepage to load the video for that zip code and i also need the other videos for that zip code to be listed tot he right in thumbnail fashion, as does YouTube.

The YouTube Api may allow for this control ... but i need this to be password protected. I will provide a username / password that all people will use (all participants will use the same login) and i need this site to search for and display only videos uploaded through this site. If some outsider uploads some video at YouTube with their zip code as the title, i don't want to show it in my search results.

Project bid includes you tweaking layout / fonts / colors one or two times for me in order to get just the right look, but if i ask for major changes i will expect to pay more.

I'm uncertain about what programming language YouyTube Api uses and the api scipt i mentioned above says no databse is needed, so i don't expect to need it either.
