We have a site that received some recent updates which has resulted in function errors- We are looking for a knowlegable, skilled programmer replacement.

This site errors out when images are uploaded. The site is required to accept user image files, ajust the file size to optimize for web viewing and resize to fit the display area. This function erros out when the user submits the upload- An error message indicates that file size has been exceeded- this is a recent development- We have the code form a prior site version which might solve the problem.

There are navigation buttons that do not properly center on the page and it might be that the table area needs to be adjusted to these buttons will properly display.

Two different button styles are used- an older CSS button style and a newer CSS button style- We would like to have the page display with uniform button styles using the newer CSS button.

There is a function that allows the site user to customize the page colors using a Javascript app- this color picker opens when the page opens and should not open until called from the button function.
The color picker floats on the page and scrols up or down with the user. It needs to be positioned so that it does not float to the top of the page- because it blocks a function that displays at the page top- or the function could be moved to another position on the page.

The displayed page returns information from government city pages using a standard www.ci.cityname.state.gov or www.ci.cityname.state.us url. These are being revised to include another format www.ci.citynamestate.gov and the revision causes an error on the resulting page. We would like to discuss several programming options with the programmer to resolve the conflict.

The sites forum area needs to be finalized with the proper configuration and layout- it uses PHPBBS as a standard open form apllication. It has been configured and setup- final implementation is required.

This is a long term site maitenence project. There is an active list of improvements and additional applications that need to be implemented. We hope to establish a good working relationship with a programmer who can dedicate some time to make changes and improvements based upon customer requests and feedback.
We will require that an Non-Disclosure argreement be signed befor detailed and specific information can be provided.
