I would like some features added to our chat site. This is more of a job than anything as I will pay depending on what features you can do. Please let me know what features you can do and how much you would charge. We are very low budget, but will try our best to be fair.

Features
1: Automatically change links to tinyurl.com links.

2: Allow image uploads in chat. (Showing a thumbnail in the chat screen, and upon clicking, going to the full view)

3: Allow file uploading in chat, showing the icon of the filetype, file name, and size, and allowing chat users to download it.

4: Allow music/sound file uploading in chat, showing a link to the
file uploaded. (I would like to integrate a small flash app where they can play the file as well)

5: Private Chat Rooms, where the user can create a chat room which is password protected. This would need to be separate from normal chat rooms so that it is not used maliciously and allow use of all features that normal chat rooms have.

6: Convert our current flat file database usage to SQL. We don't need the chat data saved exactly, we just need to re-do the site so that it uses and saves all information possible into SQL rather than Flat Files.

7: Quick/Easy Layout Changes, such as a set area for usernames on the left, and messages/items on the right. Possible move the typing/upload box to the bottom rather than on the top. Also possibly a "Current Users Chatting" count would be nice.

8: Include status updates in chat. For example, upon entering a username, display "Name has entered the room." and upon leaving "Name has left the room." and things like "Mike has changed his name to Mr. Rodriguez."
