I am trying to create a mlm force matrix website to help raise funds for a kidney transplant. It's a fundraiser to help raise money. I don't have a high budget, so please see the budget amount.

I want a 7x5 forced matrix that will create spillovers. Only able to cycle complete matrix 1 time. Once matrix is complete then that's their reward, they are paid that fee for helping me raise funds for the transplant I need. In this sense, the pyramid is not a scheme, but it's meant to help the person at the top - ME, but reward others for their effort as well. I want real-time payment solutions such as paypal and alertpay. Donors will donate $7 and then spread the word to recruit 7 more and get rewarded back for their work.

Please, I need to get this done ASAP!! I am in a critical situation and I really need this transplant, but it cost too much at the time.

I'll design and create the website, but I need a system that will allow website replicating, genealogy tracking, set level commission, and also direct payout (1-time pay and system pays correct members).

Again, my budget is not really $200, but it wouldn't let me do anything lower, so please be considerate in this matter. Even if it's a monthly payment plan, I'll take it as well.
