We posted this job up before and have been let down by the chosen developer. They did only half the job and don't seem to be contactable any longer.

We require a talented php/mysql/sql developer/development team to come on board and finish the project off. About 60% has already been done. We require text message integration using a text message api, and completion of final modules as well as commission calculator.

Pleae only bid on this if you can devote the time to do this and i will require daily constant communication from the provider to get this project finished.

We run a Netowkr Marketing / Multi Level Marketing scheme where agents sign up under a network and earn commissions for selling our services and recruiting new agents on board their teams.

We require a website/portal that allows us to manage all our agents and the commisions and from a agent perspective allows them a way of getting training and finding out about their commissions as well as helping them to sell the service and recruit more agents.

Please find the document attached which is a brief specification of what is required. I am hoping that together with the chosen developer i will work closely to build this site. I will do the content but need the developer to do the portal development.

I am based in the UK and i would like to work closely with the chosen develper in building a solution but also to make sure that they understand exactly what is required. The portal needs to be completely customisable from a administrators point of view and provide an agent all the tools to be able to go out and get customers.
