Hi scripters\programmers,
I need someone to write me a script (or multiple scripts), that I will be able to run from a server or PC, in order to scrape business names, contact numbers, contact names, email addresses and phone numbers (any relevant contact information) and output this information into a comma seperated CSV files.
I would like to run this against websites such as yellow pages, white pages and other online business directories in Australia and New Zealand regions. In the future I will need to run this script against other regions in Asia so please build this capability into the script(s). I assume the script will need to invoke a screen scraping application such as 'screen scraper basic edition 3.0' or so.
Essentially, in regard to yellow and white pages, I'd like to retrieve as much business contact information as possible and output this information into comma seperate csv files.
Also, I would prefer the script output (data) files to rotate based on reaching a certain size (approx 10mb) so that the files are manageable during import into my CRM system.
I am aware of the many data extraction/scrape programs available however am not a coder and therfore not able to complete the task of utilising these programs efficiently and successfully.
In your bids, please specify the program (if any) you are using and a delivery time. I have a preference for using freeware or shareware software so that it keeps my costs down.
I have many more jobs in the future, so when bidding, pleasee think long term and I if all goes well, you will definately hear from me again for this potential future work.
Please repond via internal scriptlance mail and I will provide the CSV format required.

Additional Info (Added 1/8/2009 at 22:02 EST)...Please note: the Budget is based on Australian Dollars as I'm from Australia.
So whatever is the equivalent in USD but my budget is $10.00 to $100.00 Australian Dollars.
Also, I've attached an example of the csv file format that I need to import into my CRM. It is comma delimited.
Hope this answers all questions in regard to the format on content required.
Also, once again, to reiterate, this is to scrape Australian and New Zealand sites (yellow pages and white pages specifically) and one day I'd like to use it to scan Asian sites too.
