We would like to redesign our template for our online promo flyers.

It is a three-page document (our current version is attached) and we want to make it look more snazzier, professional and higher quality.

We have also attached another 2 flyers of our competitors. While we do not want our flyer to be a copy of theirs, we want it to be of a similar quality.

The most important thing, other than having it looking really professional, is that we need it to be done as a Word document as we need to be able to change some of the text from time to time when we send it to a client (we can convert documents ourselves to PDF)

Job requirements:

a redesign of the current document, including

Header portion of the first page (we can supply design ideas, and images etc).
Some background or right-hand side margin design for page 2.
A footer with company details etc for page 3

and maybe just some

colourful buttons or boxes etc on the content pages - headings. contacts box etc - to make them look a bit more professional.
