Need a full site development(clone) of an online catalog featuring location of providers and projects as in http://www.carboncatalog.org/

It has to use Drupal modules.

It uses Geo-location (google-maps assisted). Including probably the following modules : project + project releases + cck + views + gmap + locations + widget + currency + node relationships + organic groups, amongst others modules.

Additionally, a community area will be used by authorized enterprises listed in the catalog to administer their entry (access control applies). This will allow us to shift (part of) the burden of data entry to the enterprises listed.

Main characteristics:

-It has a catalog with projects and providers rated according to criteria.
-Projects and providers can fulfill the criteria at the moment of registration or can fill in information in the future when they fullfill the criteria.
-It has a blog.
-It has a guidelines for providers. It is a basic webpage.
-It has an offset guide with Introduction, How to Buy (with list of providers profiles), Criteria, Project Types, Glossary, and Resources. They are basic webpages.
-It has About us. Its a basic webpage.
-It has Contact us. Its a basic contact form.
-It has Feedback. Its a basic contact form.
-It has Subscribe. Its a opt-it form with type of user.
-It has a widget with configuration form, preview and code to add to websites.
-It has a search.

INTERNAL PROCESS
-The webmasters sends invitation link to the new providers or project.
-After registration, the provider or project has to fill its general details and also information about the criteria. The 5 criteria checks(project) and 10 criteria (provider) are awarded by the webmaster as soon as the provider or project provides the information (it follows the same process as in software project releases from Drupal).
-Providers can fill in general details and information criteria about their projects without the projects approval. Also they can choose their projects as well.
-Projects can fill in general details and information criteria independently from providers as well, however, can choose their providers in Supported by (provider).

PROVIDERS
-It uses maps to show providers location.
-Each provider is evaluated according to 5 criteria in addition to the 5 project criteria, total 10 criteria.
-Providers can be viewed by location (all or continents) type of provider and prices and by using maps.
-Providers views can be sorted according to Provider name, Location, Type, Online price, Criteria awarded.
-Each provider shows provider name, website, Provider Type, Company name, Address, Telephone, Online price (currency) per tonne CO2e, Cost efficiency, Note
More info, Criteria. Additionally each provider shows a summary view of the provider projects with Projects title, Location, Type, Criteria. Also provider can be viewed in an individual map or grouped with its projects.

PROJECTS
-It uses maps to show projects location.
-Each project is evaluated according to 5 criteria (checks).
-Projects can be viewed by location (all or continents) and type of project and using maps.
-Projects views can be sorted according to Project name, Location, Type, Criteria awarded.
-Each project shows project name, description, link to more information about the project, Project Type, Location, Quantity of offsets in tons CO2, Offset period, Operator's name(with link to website optional) and address, Certification, Criteria (project checks) and Supported by (provider). Additionally each project shows a link to All offset projects in the same country.
