What I am looking for initially:
I am looking for a long term relationship with a web-designer/programmer to help me facilitate my online business of selling cabinets. The name of the company is Arizona Kitchens. I have already created the company logo, which is a simple text logo, and we are very happy with the look and feel of it.
From here, I will need a website that can be easily expanded in the future to include video and online merchant capabilities. This website will be located at ArizonaKitchensInc.com. The domain is already owned, and staff email addresses have been setup. The website will consist of the following pages:
1. Homepage
a. Welcome to our company page – Letter from the President
b. Rotating pictures of our kitchens and setups
2. Cabinets Page
a. Complete breakdown of all 12 of our available styles and finishes (yes, we have photo ready artwork for this)
b. Additional pictures of completes cabinet applications
c. Information about how our cabinets are constructed and assembled
3. Countertops Page
a. Introduction to countertops/granite
b. Installation of countertops
c. Samples of various types of granite & pricing
4. Backsplash Page
a. Introduction to backsplashes
b. Installation of backsplashes
c. Samples of various types of backsplashes & pricing
5. Flooring Page
a. Introduction to flooring
b. Installation of flooring
c. Samples of various types of flooring & pricing
6. Contact Page
a. Map to facility and address
b. Email addresses for sales reps
c. Online questions form
7. Portfolio Page
a. Pictures of installations
It will be a fairly simple website, but we must stress that it must be extremely professional. We will require seeing an extensive portfolio of other sites you have built in order to be considered for this job. Furthermore, we will require that this project be completed to our satisfaction within 5 business days, so please bid accordingly and assure that you have the time available to finish this project in our timeframe.
We will be considering this programmer as well for a future application we need created that will enable the consumer to design, and the place his order online for an entire kitchen. Programming firms will be given precedence over individuals for this reason.
An additional aspect of this website (and future additional work for the programmer), will be to copy the site while changing such things as contact information for each of our new dealers that carry our product line. We will be registering a domain for them and hosting it on our servers. From the point, the programmer will have the opportunity to input the dealers new logo, company name, and contact info, with the vast majority of the rest of the site already being completed. This is our white label solution.
25% will be deposited into escrow
50% delivered upon completion of website
25% will be delivered 30 days after completion to ensure and spelling or gramatical errors have been fixed, and the site functions smoothly.
