Hi,
We are looking for a site which is similar in functionality to www.xoom.com. There will be some customization in the links which we will provide. This can be developed quickly with either drigg or pligg (both are open source - drupal). Also I am looking for low price bids on this as we don't have too much budget for this now, but it might be an on going work.

Additional Info (Added 1/13/2009 at 3:32 EST)...We need to list the cities of United Kingdom instead of counties list. All other cities except London will have only one option of withdrawal which is Bank transfer, but London will have 2 options bank transfer as well as cash deliver at home/office. you do not need to do any thing with bank transfer just need to send it to Oursite e-mail, and we will do transfer process by ourself.
so you just need to do this develop work of website, do not need to worry about transfer process.
