I currently use the webform script (MachForm) sold by www.appnitro.com for managing my web forms data.

I like the ease of use of this PHP script but I need the code to be modified so that it behaves like a coregistration script. (coregistration means that the form data is sent to several external parties upon submission) A script that performs similar functionality is here: www. obleam. com

HIGH LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

1. Webform script needs to reject submissoin of duplicate data if it alread appears in my database for designated fieds. (my script currently does this)

2. Webform script needs to capture IP address and also reject submissions of duplicate IP addresses (my script currently does this)

3. Script needs a way to configure which additional party(s) will receive form data upon submission. Options for delivery will include (email address, and/or HTTP GET/POST) These delivery options will need to be defined per webform ID.

4. Script will need a way to map my form field names to the field names of other companies receiving the form data.

5. Script will need a way to define which party(s) receives the form data based on responses on webform.

6. Script will need a way to send user to a specified confirmation page depending on the XML response for a company. For example: If the XML response is "reject" the user should be sent to a specific page for rejected submissions.(see attachment for spec for an example company I will be sending data to) XML responses should be stored in my database.

7. Script needs a way to query my current webform database(s) and send data to companies via HTTP GET/POST in a post hoc fashion. There will need to be a way to throttle the data transmissions. i.e If I run a query of my database that finds 30K records I will want to send X of those records per day.
