	Description:	I'm looking for the following: Custom Dynamic Web Design - xhtml WC-3 standards must pass xhtml test. Tableless valid xhtml/css code as per w3 compliant. Clean template design. PHP 5 and My SQL 5 Can be in Joomla 1.5..Great CMS CMS admin area to manage the complete website. Different user level in CMS controlled by Super Administrator Members area - (sign In) May not need to active now, but have the option in CMS to activate at a later date. Newsletter sign-up Dynamic drop down menus for varius pages linked to navigation bar near top. ability to create the pages via CMS Photo gallery with ability to change the images to pages on website Dynamic articles page..option to add image left/right/ top of article Administrator can post articles Edit meta tags via CMS Search engine submission Link exchange section for reciprocal link exchanges with area to upload image for links if needed. Front page to have many images and modules for information and links to other pages. Approximately 26 pages for different items and information. Will provide website example for look and navigation ideas. Pay Pal for payment Terms to be worked out. Upload to my server when completed 3-4 weeks completion time
