	Description:	I'm looking for a dynamic website in xhtml and WC-3 standards. This website would have a clean looking template and could be built in Joomla 1.5. I will host account and would keep designer on for any updates in the future. The CMS would control all aspects of this website including meta tags for SEO. I'm looking for the following features in this website and controlled via CMS. Some of these features may not be activated at first, but would have the option to do so in CMS. I need the following: Using PHP5 and MySql 5 custom web design Tableless valid xhtml/css code as per w3 compliant. Front template would have many different modules for products. CMS admin area for you to manage the website. Members area- may not be needed in the beginning, but would want in CMS to activate later. Newsletter sign-up Blog Dynamic drop down ability to create the pages through the admin area. Photo gallery with ability to change the images for all pages of website. Ability to add images to text...top/ left/ right sides. Dynamic articles page CMS- different user levels to submit articles. Admin can post articles Meta tags controlled through CMS. Search engine submission Link exchange section for reciprocal link exchanges for SEO to include image or code for images. 3-4 week completion time frame. Payment through Pay Pal. Terms can be worked out.
