	Description:	I'm essentially looking to create a clone of surveymonkey.com. I will provide the designs in PSD format. I will show the designs of the site, plus individual designs for the survey creator (or at least how it differs from survey monkey). There must also be an admin control panel which is self explanatory. Programmer MUST work in agile programming method, meaning I want continuous iterations (releases) of development, and I will pay a portion of the total payment after each iteration - until completion. The changes I want to survey monkey are not drastic, but will be explained upon selecting the winner - therefore the person must be very professional. There do not need to be any e-commerce related functions of the site - everything will be 100% free. Additional Info (Added 1/6/2009 at 17:46 EST)...
