I have a script that was made for me by another programmer and I need some modifications made to it. The script is built in PHP and uses a mysql db. It has some small Ajax & javascript functions built in, but nothing major.
We use the script to input sales information into the database and then run reports against that data, to show sales $ amounts for specific periods of time, etc. There is also a feature that allow us to search the data and edit it.

The mods I need are as follows:
1. The ability to make sales people (Producers) inactive, by clicking the button next to "Producer 1", selecting the producer, then clicking an inactive checkbox, then clicking save. Once they are set to inactive, they should not show up in the "Producer 1" or "Producer 2" dropdowns on the "Insert" page, but still need to show up in the dropdown boxes on other pages.
Also, if a producer is set to inactive I need them to no longer show up on any of the "Reports".
2. Just like #1 above, I need to do the same thing for Offices.
3. In the "Manage Users" section, I have the ability to set a user as an "Admin" (yes/no). I need to make sure that only Admin users can use the inactive feature in #1 & #2 above. I also need to make sure that only admin users have access to the "Manage Users" area.
4. I need to add a forgot password feature to the script that will email a user their password if they forget.
5. Currently the way the script works is that "Producer 1" & "Office" are tied together, and "Producer 2" lists all producers. So if you select an office the Producer 1 dropdown will populate with producers associate with that Office.
I need to disassociate Producers from Offices. So, I need Office to be renamed to "Office 1" and once an "Office 1" is selected, I should be able to select any "Producer 1" I want. I will also need an "Office 2" so I can select an office for "Producer 2". (Note that Office 2 and Producer 2 should only become active if "Producer 1 Percentage" is less than 100 ...this is the way it currently works)
I don't think there is a column in the db for "Office 2", so one will need to be created.
6. The reports will need to be adjusted based on #5 above.
7. The "History" page has a search & edit fuction will need to be adjusted for #1, #2, & #5 above.
