Site to include user membership, user submited items (as well as admin items from crawlers and merchant datafeed), user review tracking, tagging and a complete Admin tool. Functional requirements will be similar to sites such as: price runner, shopzilla, shopping.com ..ect but with the added functionality of direct submission from registered users.
