LOOKING FOR AN EXPERT FLASH PROGRAMMER WHO CAN HELP ME ACHIEVE THIS

I am looking for someone who can help me in achieving this with Flash (maybe AS3.0):

I have a flash object, that gets embedded in an HTML/PHP page, and does execute some code using ActionScript.

Now, I want to hide this flash object (or the .fla file) such that:
I want to use an image file (.gif/.jpg/.png - anything), and somehow embed/hide the original flash >object/</ActionScript code (or .fla file) in this image file, so that when I use this newly created Image file inside an HTML/PHP page, the original Flash object (Action Script) get executed.

I hope I was clear... huh...

Let me know if you can do this.

In case you can, what I will need is a simple program which takes two input, an image file and a Flash Object code/Action Script code/ .fla file, and then output the new Image file which executes the above flash code when embedded in a HTML/PHP page.

I dont know if this can be done or not.
But, In case you can I will most certainly want to hire you.
