Hello,
We need the following requirements for an existing website.
" robinsonsbank(dot)com(dot)ph "
1) Web redesign (overall look and feel, etc. - )
2) "Inhouse" maintenance
3) "Interactive" pages
i.e.,
Additional page/s to handle the registration information for ATM account holders
Module 1: The page should be accessible by clicking on an icon / link found on the Online Banking/Personal Banking page.
After clicking on the icon / link, cardholder will be prompted by the terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions should be editable in the content management page.
Cardholder should be able to scroll down the page and at the bottom of the page, cardholder should have the option to accept or decline.
If cardholder accepts the terms and conditions, he is prompted with the registration page.
On the registration page, cardholder should be able to enter the following details ;
Field 1 : Cardholder Name
Field 2 : Card Number
Field 3 : Account Number
Field 4 : Type of Account
Cardholder should have the option submit or cancel the registration details.
After submitting the registration details, a confirmation page should be prompted displaying the confirmation number with text that informs cardholder that registration has been transmitted and will be processed subject to verification by the bank. The confirmation text should be editable in the content management page.
A print button should be provided to allow cardholder to print the confirmation page.
The information entered through the aforementioned pages shall be transmitted via secure connection and stored on a database.
Module 2: Authorized Robinsons Bank personnel should be able perform the following with the database:
1. Download information
2. Perform maintenance on the database.
3. Maintain electronic card numbers by uploading and manual data entry
4. By clicking on button or thru a scheduled process,assign an electronic card number to each cardholder enrolled for the day
5. Download/generate a text file (format to be given) containing the electronic card number and cardholder details
6. Generate a report that shall contain the date enrolled, branch, electronic card number, cardholder name, account number, account type, confirmation number
