I need to have 2 websites created which are basically clssified sites.

It must use paypal AU as the current sites do on the AU site and US paypal.on the .com site.
The sites must be look like bridal and formal dresses.
This site will be selling Pre loved gowns, both Formal and Bridal as a classified add.
The 2 websites are to be design for Australia and also the US, so a State option is needed also.
