We recently contracted a PHP programmer to develop our email tool, similar to www.constantcontact.com and he has simply vanished midway through the project.
We have a thorough requirements document complete with all the screenshots and wireframes.
If you're not familiar with www.constantcontact.com, it is simply an email tool that allows marketers to send mass emails to their lists.
We're looking for someone who has experience in developping such a tool. If you do not have any experiencing relating to email marketing, deliverability standards and geo-ip locating, then please do not bid.
