i need an email marketing script setup that will email out my newsleters on a ratio of 100/ph

there must also be 1 million active email accounts stored within this script already

there must be an opt out link within the email that is sent

i require the emails to be sent in html

i require an email template to be added to the script in the theme of my site using my banner image at the top of the email so that all i need to do iss add the txt.

I must be able to use you to add more email address to the script and i must be able to see how many email address there are within the database
