- Description: I'm looking for someone who can create a unique software application that has the following:
1) Ability to work as a document writer, you can write, and have all the usual editing tools, such as bold, italics, underline, size of fonts, spacing, alignment, image insertion, links, etc etc, basically an editor.
2) The option to the save the file created as a PDF document, ensuring that all the options and formatting done in the editor is reproduced in the PDF document including the links.
3) Option to password protect PDF document.
The tool needs to be created exclusively for me, I will own the copyrights to the application. It needs to be compatible with Windows 98 and above! - Tags:
