Hello i'm owner of UploadGround.Com , it is a upload site that spread files to several mirrors with one upload. I want to add some simple features, i will provide full code of site and you should add the following things:

- Multiple-File Uploader
- Member Area ( user will be able to register at site and view all his files uploaded)
- Earning System ( user will receive an amount of money for 1000 unique visitors that goes to his downloads pages, if he reach a fixed amount at end of month i should see it at my admin panel with his paypal adress filled when he register)
- Referral Earning System (user can refer users by a link like http://www.uploadground.com/signup.php?refer=username and he will earn a % of all his referrals earnings)
- All files uploaded generate a download page, and this page at our domain is the one that should track the visitors by ip to avoid frauds.
