You must have worked on players before, or you have excellent knowledge creating one.

The player should have all the below features and all features should be controlled via xml except for #13

1. Plays any kind of video file that Flash Player supports ( FLV / H.264 encoded video including MP4, M4V, M4A, MOV, Mp4v, F4V).
2.supports RTMP, LIGHTTPD and HTTP live streaming
3. Pre-roll ads, Post-roll ads (video or image)
4. Mid-roll ads (image and html text).
5. Link / Embed code botton to allows users to get embed code or code video link.
6. Send to friend botton with form controlled via php
7. Multiple playlist with with video thumbs linking to a url
8. bookmarks option (diggit, myspace, facebook, del.icio.us, spurl, furl, google, stumbleupon)
9. Captions
10 preview image (for first frame of video)
11. resize option button (fit to windows, keep aspect ratio, original size, half window)
12. Full screen button
13. right click copyright url.
14. Logo (position and opacity control)
15. Volume , video time, and progress bar
16. We should have 2 players, one for embed and the original, we can set features for the embed player to be different then the original.
17 button for video title. If clicked on, it brings the video title on the screen with an HTML link to that video page.
18. Player theme color change change via xml. for all aspects of the player.
19 player button images change and position via xml
20 button tooltips
21. We will need all original files and copyright ownership.
