We require 50 minimum PR4+ one way (non reciprocal) high-quality relevant permanent links, with various anchor texts,
linking to a Sign writing, Sign manufacturing or building/construction web sites.

We will provide different keyword phrases
- Your quote will be for the price for the whole project
- All Links must be from topically relevant English language-based developed websites (not under construction)
- All Links must be from Sign or business related websites
- At least PR4 page (note that this means the actual PR of the linking page NOT the main page)
- Links must be permanent, free, one way/non-reciprocal and static
- Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script
- Links should not be on Flash sites or pages
- Links should not be on web pages that are disallowed by robots.txt tag
- Links should not be from framed pages or cloaked pages
- Link must not reside on a page with more than 30 outbound links
- Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days)
- Links should include the target keywords and or key phrases as a title tag on the text hyperlink
- Bids to submit to Web/Links Directories or article sites will be ignored. No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, google banned site, blackhat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites
- No FFA, guestbooks, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links from link exchanges etc. and never participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs.
- One link per IP/domain
- All links must be from a different domain and IP address (geographically diverse, different class-c IP address block).
- Links must be submitted on a staggered deployment basis to avoid any penalties: don't place all links at once
- Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.)
- Links must be static and direct using provided anchor text and title tag
- No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks
- All links must be indexable by Googlebot and may not have any page restrictions like rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc.
- No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable
- You will provide in excel or HTML format the Site Url, link Url, the IP Address, Google ranking and country of each site you have added a link to
- We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead
- *We must review your sites first, Quality is important, only once satisfied payment will be made

Link Criteria:

- you are to submit an Excel spreadsheet containing URL address of each link acquired and of each website you contact
- all links have to be on logistics or business related websites
- you can acquire a link from a PR 2/PR3 or better website
- All Links must be permanent
- Sites must be in the English language
- Link to be only .com or .com.au, 30% of links need to be from .com.au sites - NO FFA, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, guestbooks, pharmacy, google banned site, blackhat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites.
- Sites that the links are placed on must be live.
- Link pages are static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.).
- No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks.
- All links should be free and not paid links.
- All links must be indexable by Googlebot and may not have any page restrictions like rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc.
- No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable.
- Links must be in text, no graphics, search engine friendly and must be manually submitted. No use of automated software (e.g. Zeus, Arelis or others). If we receive valid spam complaints from others than this agreement will be voided.
- One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted.
- Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script.
- Link Page should be navigated from the sites homepage.
- Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted
