Hi I need my site redesigned.

I have in mind what I require but most importantly the site CMS has to be good, has to be effective easy to use and update the site.
It literally has to be easy as ABCD, be able to upload images (about 20 odd images per car sale) and the system should be able to resize these images to scale etc...without effecting the resolution, going from large files to small files.)

I need 3 different, unique sample designs asap.
