I need a complete website that is related to Computer Software, not a web2.0 site, but a professional/commercial looking website.
The website will have these features:
+Multilingual (I will do the translations but I need a system to call the selected language when I click on my lang)
+A very simple admin section where I can edit news, categories and items
+Webpage1
-It need to list categories and the items under each category (need to use MySQL DB)
-It need a search form to search items
+Webpage2
-It need a form where I can insert defined info in the MySQL DB 2
-It need a search form where user can search words in the MySQL DB 2
-It need to show 10 most searched words
+WebPage3
-It need a form where I can insert defined info in the MySQL DB 3
-It need a search form where user can search words in the MySQL DB 2

+The other webpages are with generic content (about us, services, etc)

+It need a Logo
+Valid XHTML and CSS
+Website compatible with IE6,7,8, Firefox and Opera

Conditions:
+You may not display website/design created for us in your portfolio or anywhere else
+You need to provide quick and open communication
+All copyrights should be transferred to us
+I maybe will request possible changes until we reach the objective I need.
+Before I pay I need to be satisfied from your work, for this I will be totally disponible to communicate with you
