Sikhcommunity Center, based in USA, wants both young and old to become photographers, journalists, bloggers and city correspondents for our global portal for the Sikh Community.
Our website has a dedicated Punjab News section where your articles will appear along with pictures etc.
You should consider getting involved to help spread news and views about the goings-on and upcoming events in your community. You will be recognized on our website for this work and also you can become the center of attention in your community and people will contact you to submit news stories, articles and invite you to cover events.
Your role will be to submit news stories and events listings on a weekly basis and whenever possible attend and cover events and spread awareness about our web portal.
If you are interested in selling advertising for our portal online, you will be paid handsomely for any business you bring in the door.
Above all, this is a great opportunity for the young to develop a resume; and for the old to do volunteer work for your local community.
Our web portal has a Punjab News operation based out of Chandigarh. You will be working closely with our Bureau Chief.
