	Description:	ASP Login and register Profile like myspace 2.0 would be good with a rate me , Add me to Buddy List , PM Me ony allow 1 picture in profile not Ablum no Comment area Users Must Have a NickName Home Page with Top 20 Groups Top 20 users Support Page A ticket service would be good to use and I have writen up a part to stay safe which can be added to support page A Channel list for the Group Category will be Adult Computing City Chats Cars DIY & Gardens Entertainment General Interests LifeStyles News & Politics Peers Religion Sport & Health Romance RolePlay Channel list will have Group Name , Topic and how many joined that group it will be sorted by Group Rated Score Admin can set a Group to have a icon next to group name and that group will go to top of Category list until it is unset by Admin The Group it seft Not to be part of Profile let me make that clear The group will be created by a user the user Then is owner of that group with access : To ban and unban a user from their group Remove a message from message board Remove photos from ablums Remove Music File from Music Area Remove Video Clips from Video Area To Create New Pages for the Group must have a HTML Editer Tool Bar To move the group after to another Category if they wish to To Change Topic of the Group if they wish to When they Create the Group they will need to fill in Group Name Category they wish it to be under Group Topic What Age Group Will allow in the Group Serect Question (Which can not Be changed only by admin) Serect Answer (Which Can Not Be Changed only by Admin) When Group made it will have the Following Pages Homepage with The Following Rate The Group Recommened The Group Report This Group 10 New Users That Joined 10 New Message Board 10 New Photos 10 New Music files 10 New Video clips Photo Ablum Page With Following To View Ablums To Create a Ablum (User Aloud To Create 2 Ablums Only) Music Page View Music List and click a Music file and it will play To add a Music File To The List Video Page To view Clips from YouTube and such To add Clips from Youtube and such any other pages are created by the Owner User and Owner Space have to be limited and that they can Buy Extra Space if they wish to or delete some things to free up space Network Staff should be in 3 parts a Tool Will Be Needed For Staff Admin Full access.
