    I need a joomla programmer who can help take a new layout and design and convert to Joomla. I will hand you layout in photoshop, you do the rest!

    Regarding content, this is the current site and all content will be taken from this site. Disregard the layout, I will be creating a new interface for this site. The new site will use the same navigation structure.
