	Description:	Link Campaign Details: 100 Permanent, Keyword/Industry Related, One Way Links We are looking for a long term relationship with an SEO link building company. Should this project go well then we will continue to use you for additional link building projects. We need 30 permanent oneway links, with minimum page rank of 2. atleast 10 or more links should be with pagerank 3 or higher. The links should appear on related pages of our website, which is for Jewelry retailing, mainly diamond engagement rings, or fashion related websites. The following are some general guidelines which basically state that links to build gradually, using no black hat techniques. Please read the following to get more understanding of my requirement. * No black hat techniques please. No cloaking etc. * No link farms, forums, spam sites, or link directories * Links should not be on a site penalized or banned by Google ***Gradual creation of links over a 4-week period*** ***All links must have specified anchor text – you will be provided with details later*** *** All work shall be performed in an ethical (white hat) method - No spam emails*** - No dynamically generated links. All links must be 100% static. - All links must be permanent static links that is served up the same way every time, regardless of IP address or session IDs. - Each link should be on a unique domain name and different IP address. One link per site. - Each page of links should have a maximum of 25 outbound links. - The page with our link must be 100% accessible by robots.txt. - Our links must be indexable by all search engines. NO rel=”nofollow” or NO meta noindex/nofollow allowed. - The domains hosting our links cannot be used for any content related to porn, credit cards, loans, spam, hacking, warez, etc. - PR value must be on the actual page with our outbound link, not on the home page. - Link and description should be 100% text. No graphics, Flash, JavaScript, etc. - Page URL must be 100% indexable. No redirects. - Link should not be within a frame or iframe. - Link page should be accessible from main section of the web site via a standard HTML link. No form submits. - Link pages must be Google cached within one month. - No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable. - All links will be from sites that have been online for at least 2 years. - No Fake Page Rank. -No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others) - All links must appear on sites which are written in English and the websites/blogs must be based in the United States, UK, Canada etc.
