I need the following features from the website airliners dot net reproduced for my own website:

NOTE: This project is partially completed. You can either continue where the work stopped or totally restart from scratch.

- Membership area to signup for the website and allow you to upload photos. I also need this area to be joined with vBulletin.

- Upload photo area and select aircraft type, airline name, airport, etc...

- Photo Search Page - Search by airline, aircraft, airport, photographer

- View photo page displays total photo views, has a black watermark on the bottom of the page with the photographers name, and displays other information about the photo, i.e. photographer name, airline, airport, aircraft, etc... Also, it allows for registered users to make comments, a size option to display as small/medium/normal size, and also a public link for people to link to the photo page.

- User photo albums. Allow users to create their own photo albums and comment/save others photo albums.

- Index page displays a search box. Thumnail of the most popular photo, thumbnail of the most recent uploaded photo, and some other day I need.

That is about it I believe. I need the script written in PHP/MySQL and done as quickly as possible. Use the webstie for a reference tool. I also need an administration area to validate/approve the photos before they go live and to moderate the photos/members of the website. I need all pages to be SEO friendly and include H1, H2, H3 tags.

Please note you MUST be serious about this project. The last guy I hired to do this promised me the work would be completed in a week and 2 months later he left the project. I just wasted two months of my life so don't plan on wasting more of my time.
