I am currently working on developing an online auction site for the clothing industry. Rather than outsourcing several programmers and designers I would much rather have one individual or firm that will handle the entire site. This bid is for the following:

1. Design of a Custom Illustrative logo (NO CLIPART)
2. Installation, testing and modification (if any) of script modifications to the site (currently 45 mods – I do not have all of them yet but the total is 60)
3. Custom skin design for site
4. Custom PHP modification for the site

The attached pdf document ShirtAuctions Logo outlines the requirement for the logo. You can use the information in this file to create the skin. I will provide the buttons for the skin, not too much to do with the skin… some light link changes and the implementation of a graphic that can be changed on the homepage.

The second file is for the requested PHP modification. This document, ShirtAuctions illustration, is illustrative of what I am looking for. The modification is lightly based off of the attached auto mod pdf.

I am primarily interested in adding a section for when a user is listing an auction adding a section for “Customization Options” in item details. If selected, this section would allow users to select the sizes, colors, and styles that are available for the garment and input a surcharge for each (but not every) combination that would be added to the auction total if that configuration was selected. The options that can be selected by the user in this section should be editable in the cpanel.

Selecting this section should also include an icon for the auction indicating that customization options are available. Selecting this section would include an additional charge for listing the auction that is displayed and also editable in the cpanel.

Add a section in the advanced search option that would allow users to search by size and style and color, having the options selected appear in regular search results.

Once the individual listing the auction selects the styles, colors and sizes available having a confirmation screen where they can select combinations that are not available. For example, I may select that my design is available on t-shirt and sleeveless t-shirt, s,m,l and xl, and red and blue, but I do not have a m blue shirt.

I am thinking that when a person browses the auction for an auction with customization options that there be text that explains that surcharges may apply for certain style/size and color options. The auction should automatically list the combinations that surcharge free (or list the options that contain an additional surcharge) Once an auction is completed the winner be able to select from the options that are available prior to paying for the item.

I would like the same type of configuration to be available to the stores, possibly with an inventory mod (ie I have 7 white shirts xl, 10 m, etc. that apply to all my auctions/ items). Here are some questions I have:

The logo will be dynamic in that it will change with the season (the character dawns a santa hat at Christmas, is in love on valentines, etc.) So the bidder of this project will have several opportunities of future work in both the logo, skin and future modifications of the auction script.
