	Description:	I need some one to do a small script to keep info on real estate clients online. Client login thru our mortgage website , each user must have their own login access, this can be generated on their own or it can be given by admin. When a user uploads a client only that user can modify information on that client but any user can ad notes to that client Once user is logged in they can upload a client with the fallowing required fields. So I would need the fallowing fields Date uploaded Type of transaction (scroll down to 2 options ) Short Sale Loan Modification Barrower Name Barrower Last name Barrower Name (second barrower) Barrower Last name (second barrower) Address City State Zip code Home phone Cell phone Cell phone (second barrower) Email address Lender 1 Account # Lender Name Contact Phone Fax balance Lender 2 Account # Lender Name Contact Phone Fax balance Lender 3 Account # Lender Name Contact Phone Fax Balance NOD filed date (on these 2 maybe we can have a calendar popup so a date can be picked) NOS file date Refer by: Notes: Date: (of when this notes are place and or updated) Rep name (user)( this is the one person who is login in to do the updates) ****************************************** So for this last part, any of the users would be able to login and do updates on all the clients uploaded, with out been able to delete anything, only admin can delete clients. We have 2 type of users ,the ones who can go and make notes on all clients but not modify unless they uploaded the client and we have the ones who only have access to making notes on or viewing only the clients we give them access to, so these ones would be the ones that say “refer by” I also want the option to print the whole report with all the info for the one client. So once we have clients uploaded and lets say I go in to make notes or changes. We can have them all by last name maybe to search for them like that, once I click on the client I want to make notes, I want to be able to see everything about the client, all his info and all the past notes that have been made. I would also like to ad an email reminder, so lets say I make notes on a client and the lender tells me to call back on 9-27, I would want to put that and have the script generate and email and send it to me to remind me that I need to call that lender. (who knows maybe we can do that right now as well) Here is some samples or basic ideas. but i have a couple of screen shots of what i need.
