You are going to design and develop a commercial jobsite. Development Time is 20 Days MAX. I´m buying a smooth running site, NOT a betaversion with deadlinks and other funny stuff!

If you are not sure that you can do the job, please DON´T BID!

1.Functionality

There will be 3 usergroups:

1)job seekers
2)companies
3)admin

1)Jobseekers
This jobsite is NOT free for job seekers. They have to pay a onetime fee before registering. They can only log in to the website after the payment. They can pay by bank transfer through paypal or a service you propose(for a good reason!).

Jobseekers create their profile, upload their cv, picture.
After they created their profile they can browse and search for companies in different countries and different sectors. They check companies they would like to apply to and hit the button "apply now".

The company receives the application in their email account including a link to the applicants profile. The company can now check the full cv and decline or accept the applicant.

Jobseekers have an overview of their sent applications.
Jobseekers can change their profiles.

2)Companies.
Companies won´t sign up proactively. I will give you 6 links to websites(all different) and you will scrape their information and import them into the database of the site.

Imported Companies receive an invitation to the membership site. They can accept or decline. If they accept the invitation they can edit their profile and they will be visible in the company directory.
If they decline, they won´t be visible to jobseekers.
Companies can view the applications they received and which jobseekers they have accepted and declined.
Companies can change their profiles

3) admin(me)

I can change my profile(email, password)
I have a overview of jobseekers and companies and can access their profiles.
I can Add companies manually and import companies by file(csv, xml)
I can invite companies again who declined the invitation.

I can make a backup of the users and the companies, save ot to file and later restore the database with this file.

The site should be SAFE! No pay, no access.

2.Design

Design is simple and should follow function. The only grafics will be the pictures of the job seekers.


3. Hosting

I already bought the domain. You will propose requirements for hosting this jobsite. There will be 100-250 Users on the site at the same time. I will look for good hosting company and YOU will set it all up.
