I am looking for an EXPERIENCED programmer and web designer to do an Investment type site, it will include automatic payments to be made to member currency accounts and several forms to contact and to withdraw Payments to other E-Currencies.

Firstly, I need all the functionality of the site: Homepage, tabs to: About us, Contact Us, FAQ, Terms, Monitors etc. The homepage will have my info on the types of plans.

Secondly, as you can see on the RealEstate-Fund site; I need a LOGIN, a statistical info section, payments section and a note. -- I need SSL and DDOS protection.

the writing of the about us, FAQ, Homepage etc will be provided by me. I will send it to you via a Document file and need you to just copy and paste it.

Thirdly, this is very important. Each registered member will have an E-CURRENCY (Website name) Balance. When they register they will put their Account #'s for The type of e-currency they plan on using: For example LibertyReserve. So they put their LibertyReserve Account # when they register and when they want to deposit money into the WEBSITE Account they can choose which plan they want and choose the E-Currency, and the amount. And for they press SUBMIT -- that to link DIRECTLY to their Liberty Reserve account they have on their registration.

Payments of their interest to their WEBSITE account to be made automatically on a weekly basis. (thats up to the programming). Then in a section where they want to WITHDRAW Their WEBSITE balance to lets say LIBERTY RESERVE its just a little message system having: The account name and Amount.
