    Need a modified shipping module for FedEx and USPS shipping.

    1. Display specified shipping types
    2. Submit FedEx request with both envelope and package types (whichever returns a rate for the selected type in #1)
    3. Print labels for both FedEx and USPS
    4. Shipment tracking for both FedEx and USPS (if available)

    Will not accept encoded files.
    Must have a description of all changes made to base modules.
