- Description: I need a one page donation form to work with Authorize.net's AIM module. Given the simplicity of the project, I could use Authorize net's SIM solution, but would like to keep the appearance of a custom form.
Basic Requested Features:
1) Establish a one-page donation form that can then be submitted to Authorize net's gateway.
2) I have published an online form that has all the input fields that I would like to have. The basic structure can be viewed at http://www.cahcc.com/donations.html
3) Once the payment is processed, Authorize net sends a response code which then needs to be processed to deliver confirmation or decline message.
4) Email confirmation
Note: I do not need assistance with graphic design, only with the backend programming as the form will be placed within the current site. If you need further information, please contact me.
