We need a wordpress theme created with the attached psd file in the header. We'd like the background to reflect the black and burnt orange colors as they are reflected in the theme.

I will install wordpress on our server and we need the theme installed by the programmer we choose. To give you an idea of how we'd like the end result to look, visit the site below.
