A FreeFrame 1.5 (GPU Based Effect) Plugin that can Load a FreeFrame 1.0 (CPU Based Effect) plugin from a dropdown menu with fully access to all FF1 parameters and effects.

You should be able to specify the folder where the FF1.0 plugins are.

One possible similar project that enabled different FF1.0 plugins to be amalgamated was: http://ffrend.sourceforge.net/ although that is only FF1.0 compatible - we need an FF1.5 equivalent that can input FF1.0s.

To be honest we don't even know if this is possible, but if not, our Plan B is to have several Freeframe 1.5's written that duplicate the functionality of some Freeframe 1.0's that we really miss as users (Freeframe 1.0's don't work with Resolume 3).

If you can make it work, we're open to paying a bonus. If it won't work, we will negotiate a fee per FF to be recoded from FF1.0 to FF1.5.
